Customer Journey

Fixed wireless can often be a mysterious type of technology, and oftentimes misunderstood. MHO utilizes premium quality equipment to provide dedicated connections to your business that is just as reliable as fiber (if not more)! Your business can enjoy fast and reliable dedicated connections through a point-to-point fixed wireless technology. Choose between MHO Enterprise Internet and Metro Ethernet services (or both!) to help streamline your business. All connections are FCC licensed to prevent interference and can be installed within 10 business days.

STEP 1:

Service Order

A MHO team member will work with you one-on-one to identify your needs and complete the necessary service order paperwork.

STEP 2:

Site Survey

A site survey will be scheduled at your location (if not already completed). During the site survey, our Field Engineer compiles a materials list, takes photos to assist in our installation, and gathers GPS coordinates for the FCC application.

STEP 3:

FCC Licensing

MHO will coordinate with the FCC to submit the necessary information for clearance and licensing, so you can be confident in your connection.

STEP 4:

Installation

MHO technicians will come on site and get your equipment up and running. Installations typically take one to two days to complete.

STEP 5:

Testing

MHO will work with your team to test your hookup for peak performance to ensure you get the maximum benefit from your connection.

STEP 6:

Congratulations!

That’s it! Your connection is live and ready to go, and you can experience the benefits of our lightning fast networking. And in the rare chance something goes wrong, our service team is just a call, or chat, away.
