All connections are FCC licensed to prevent interference and can be installed within 10 business days.

STEP 1:

Service Order

A MHO team member will work with you one-on-one to identify your needs and complete the necessary service order paperwork.

STEP 2:

Site Survey

A site survey will be scheduled at your location (if not already completed). During the site survey, our Field Engineer compiles a materials list, takes photos to assist in our installation, and gathers GPS coordinates for the FCC application.

STEP 3:

FCC Licensing

MHO will coordinate with the FCC to submit the necessary information for clearance and licensing, so you can be confident in your connection.

STEP 4:

Installation

MHO technicians will come on site and get your equipment up and running. Installations typically take one to two days to complete.

STEP 5:

Testing

MHO will work with your team to test your hookup for peak performance to ensure you get the maximum benefit from your connection.

STEP 6:

Congratulations!
